First you go to your desktop and click go then click go to folder then type in ~/Library/Application support/minecraft.
now go to saves now find the folder with the name of your world that your gonna make the map on. then copy or drag it to your desktop next go to planet minecraft and go to upload project and upload that folder and it should work.
