K now that we got that down, we can start. First, go into yo Minecraft save's folder (YOU CAN NOT do it in Minecraft directly, it will not work) , (run or start type in %appdata%, click enter go into .minecraft and find save's) and just rename it. You don't HAVE to close Minecraft completely but If you want to be safe. NOTE THAT IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTION'S. IN OTHER WORD'S BACKUP YOUR SAVE'S: I have done it with my Minecraft open, even opened to ''Singleplayer '' and looking at my world's. But you need to go back to the home page or something so it can load, or have the chance of renaming the world.
It's simple, all you is rename it with the § symbol then a letter or a number in front of it to make a type of color or font! You can mess around with it or try to find a website for the older version's to find the color's. In the older Minecraft you could do it by just renaming the world in Minecraft directly.Now you have to do it from the save's. : (
