You will need:
2 Repeaters
4 Redstone
1 Redstone Torch
Place the 4 redstone like this:

O=empty block

|O|
In the empty blocks place repeaters on tick 1.
The top repeater faces right and the bottom one faces left.
Take the redstone torch and place it over here:
|=redstone
R=repeater
T=redstone torch
|R|
|R|

Instantly break it after you place it.
Try this until you get it right!
