In Minecraft you and your house get assaulted by mobs. Sometimes one, sometimes one hundred. You never know when the group AI of Zombies and Creepers will actually work (at least its rare for mine to work). You CAN get OP swords, armor and bows, but you cannot defend you and your home when there is too many of them. Thats why I made this tutorial for how to protect your home against mobs/animals.

1: Anti-Zombie Door
If you play on Normal or Hard, Zombies can break your doors and get into your home. There is a trick for how to stop that. When you make your house, the terrain must be flat. So, when you place your door, place the door 1 block higher than the flat terrain. Due to Zombies only being able to break the to block of the door, you are safe now.

2: Skeleton arrow protection pillars
Skeletons are the worst. Being able to shoot you from longer ranges makes me rage so hard. Especially when they get on a hill. There is a sollution to evading its arrows LIKE A BAWS. Place 2 block high pillars around your house. So when the Skeleton shoots at you, you can just hide behind the pillars and evade its arrows. Then you just hit him once, go behind, hit him again, etc.

3:Creeper blastproof house
Everyone who has played Minecraft knows the Creeper and his ability to blow up terrain and houses. When you build your house make a moat or place water on the roof so it can flow down. Maybe you dont know, but Creepers cant damage terrain if there is water on them. In water they can only hurt players and mobs.

4:Anti Spider climbing walls
Spiders can climb on walls. I cant count you the times a spider has surprised me from jumping off the roof of my house. You can stop that by placing any slabs/blocks on the side of the house. Spiders can climb up, but they cannot strafe or go around obstacles like those. Also that way the Spiders AI is STILL trying to climb the wall, so you can kill it without taking damage.

5:Endermen killing water
Endermen are a special mob that counts as a neutral, but if you look at it or punch it, it will teleport behind you and kill you in no time. There is also a solution to that. Place water on random locations around your house. The Endermen will teleport there and get killed by water. Rain also hurts them so dont /toggledonfall if you want to protect yourself.

6:Torchify!
Torches STOP the spawning of hostile mobs. Place torches 30-40 blocks around your house to stop them from spawning. That way you dont have to worry about them spawning.

BONUS DEFENSES/TRAPS
Zombie Repeaters: Zombies cant walk over repeaters
Dispencer Arrows:Shoot arrows from dispencers
Lava Moat
Defensive Walls
Piston Traps
TNT Traps
And many more...

Thanks for reading. Feedback and constructive criticizm is apprieciated very much. Keep in mind that this is my first post on this site. Also, Merry Chrismas and A Happy New Year. Bye!

I'd recommend you check your blog for spelling, gramatical, and punctuation errors. It's full of them.

Not everyone has that many torches. What if you take an arrow to the knee?

But torches are really easy to make, just a stick and some coal.
