Do you own a "Minecraft Server?" Well that's cool but do you have no-one on?

Well i can help you get people on, but i can't say you'll keep them!

First lets talk plugins, you need good plugins and they need to be used properly. Give them the right permissions. Because if they don't they'll leave and you'll have a bad name.

Few that i use:
- essentials (/home /kit /spawn etc)
-GroupManager (Used to give permissions, you need this! or pernissionsX)
-BuyCraft (You don't need but i recommend, it.)
-Factions (Needed if you want a faction server)
-World Edit
-World Guard
These are just a few "essential ones.

Let's talk hosting, this is the most Key thing need to have a good server, people will not stay if it is laggy! I recommend the following hosts:
- www.exodushosting.net
- www.envioushost.com
DO NO USE MCPROHOSTING!
They are laggy, and slow support.
Small hosts are the way to go, less people = faster response to your questions!


Let's talk staff, First off. People from PMC are fake. Like this "I'm here to give a review of your server" This is fake and is not right. ban these noobs. Do not randomly recruit people, make a website like: www.enjin.com Good for cheap! Also make the player be on for more than a week AT LEAST! 

Ranks! First of all you're going to need ranks, like youtuber rank! People love this rank and it will help your server grow. Make the people have like X amount of Subscribers and X amount of videos of your server.
