Ok read through this carefully and look at image I posted because there is a lot of steps in this process.
Step 1: Go to your desktop and right-click then Go to "Graphics Properties", then down your color-bit to 16-bit. This makes it easier for the computer to process.
Step 2: Go to the tab "3D" and Check "Custom Settings" then do: Texture Quality: Performance, Anisotropic Filtering: Application Settings, Vertex Processing: Enable Software Processing, and lastly Vertical Sync: On
Now For The Mods:
Required: Optifine NEEDS Modloader!
Step 3: After installing Optifine you must do the following options: LISTEN CAREFULLY!
Performance: Vsync or Max Fps!
Render Distance: Tiny
Smooth Fps: ON
Smooth Imput: ON

Then Choose texture pack and when you launch it press f3 then if it starts to run smoothly check if it will work off.
