Welcome, in what is hopefully going to be a series I will explain world edit, and some of its uses! If you want me to do specific thing on the next tutorial then please comment below! If there are any problems, tell me, I will try to fix it!

The basics!

//wand - Gives you a wooden axe (works if axe is obtained from creative menu.)

To use wand - Look at a block and left click to create the first position, then go to another block and right click to select the second position.

Use- selects an area.

Tip- Think of each position as a corner, so you can make cubes, 2D squares, rectangles and cuboids.

Other ways to select an area: //hpos1 or //hpos2, that sets the points at the blocks your cross-hairs are at.
And //pos1 or //pos2, that sets the points at the block your feet are in!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

//set - makes all the area selected a certain block. To make it a block you either write the name (e.g. //set stone) or you could find the item id of the block (e.g. //set 1) to find the item ids, look up "minecraft ids".

Use-Can be used to make walls, floors and cubes/cuboids.

Tip- Try to remember the item ids as you go, it will help down the line!

Another tip- You can set something as 2 things e.g. //set stone, dirt (or //set 1,3)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

//replace - This replaces a selected block with another selected block. The one you want to replace goes first. E.g. If I had made a dirt house (like a boss) but I wanted it to be wood planks, I would select the area around the house, and type: //replace dirt planks (or //replace 3 5).

Use- change any blocks to something else!

Tip, you can but more than one type of block in e.g. //replace 1 5,2,3 (or //replace stone planks, grass, dirt)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you for reading volume one!
