I Cant See My McCape?

so i have installed mccapes mod and others claim to have seen my cape , but i cant see my own cape i have not clue what the problem is , can somone help me?

by the way if you wish to join my server the ip address is 24.244.162.164 we are having problems atm but we are striving to get it open really soon! :)
