Part1

If you are a Redstone God you may know about using the /enchant [enchantment] [level] to enchant the item you are holding, this having many uses and can create a simple game, using hopper (as the timer), Redstone (of course!), Repeaters and command blocks (for the /clear, /give and /enchant commands). The game would give you an item eg. bow then it would enchant it, clear your inventory at specific times (using the stacks of blocks in the hoppers cycling through). I based the design off of Sethblings video, who based his design off of Etho's video, the design is slightly altered to work. Additional notes: you can also use potion enchants!

Part2
Current /enchant commands be used for the item your holding, I believe that there should the a /enchant command for Armour you are currently wearing. I have two examples, /enchant [armour slot no. eg. 2 for chestplate] [id] [level] ,and /enchant [name of type of armour (eg. helmet)] [id] [level].

/modadd [link to mod download] [true/false]

/anvil [player name] - Drops an anvil on a player
/sandfall [player name] - Drop 1 sand block on a specified player to slowly kill the player
/startsong [youtube url] - Starts a youtube song throughout a server
/startsong [youtube url] [x] [y] [z] - Starts a youtube song at a specified location
/startsong [youtube url] [area you want a song to start] - Great for servers! and discos in MC!
/stopsongs - stops all songs playing
/gamemode collect [item id] [amount (leave blank for no limit] start
/sayurl - displays the url of the youtube video to the server
/help enchanting
