I remember coming in around ß1.3. I remember my very first day in Minecraft and how much I didn't know about the game. After I learned a small bit about the game, I decided it was time I join a multiplayer server. I joined this server that only had about 10-15 people on it at most, but the people on there were great. Now all minecraft is, is just a bunch of kids always wanting to go the easiest route... I miss the old days of Minecraft...

This is why i have two laptops. One has 1.2.5 on it and the other has a unmodded 1.7.3. So when i get tired of dieing because i didn't eat a apple or some steak i go back to the good ol' days.

I joined in 1.2 after my friend had sugested it some months ago, had to check it out :P

No offence, but the "old days" was deffinately NOT 1.7. When I first got Minecraft there wasnt even health yet. Back in the day survival was called indev. Back in the day it was Minecraft Alpha. back in the day when you could duplicate items by merely clicking on them in a chest (yes lots of diamonds were spammed throughout the world). Back in the day servers were run off of Hey0 and bukkit wasnt even a thought yet. Back in the day when people actually PLAYED minecraft, not just hacked and modded it.

I apologize for my mini-rant, but *que old man voice* you kids dont know what it was like back in my day.

i hated when the end came out the only thing i really like about the updates are ender pearls ravines and the new mountains though i do look forward to the giant forest
