Hey Guys, If You Can Tell Me Why It Always Says "Detected Transparency in the skin or parts of it"
Can Anyone Help Me? I Really Hate It When That Happens. And, I enjoy making skins and I do want to upload my best skins. If you know how I should fix my skins, please leave a comment on how I should do it.

It means that you have left out some of the parts of the skin. Like if a pixel part of the hand is missing, it would say that.

Use Skincraft on Newgrounds, it's a flash game that you can create a skin and download it, or upload it to Minecraft.net
