Here is part of the interview performed by a great guy, Tom Jackson, to Dale - McP Lead.

Here are 4 questions from the interview, if you want me to put the rest up just ask me.

TJ: So, I hear you are going all out on a world save for minecraft, can you tell me a bit about it?

D: Yeah sure, we are making this save called, at the moment by its working title, Terra 2. It is the sequel to the aptly titled 'Project Terra'. It is unique to the rest by it being as close to life as possible. Shrub placements, Parks, Houses, Hotels, Shops, Landmarks, Road Signs.. you name it. We have big plans for this project.

TJ: Sounds Great, How much is complete and what are you priorities?

D: [laughs] Well, this is the funny bit. Because of the sheer size of the project, we aren't that far into it in comparison to the world. But we have done some major rehaul over the previous Terra Project. Starting from scratch was the hardest part. Because we scrapped the Terra 1 design and went all out to create a new landscape to play with. The main priorities as of now are the main cities of Europe. We have London the closest to completion up to now, having the decorative scenery to finish off around the Olympic stadium and the main central area

TJ: Olympic Stadium? Thats there too? Is the world save going to be progressively updated or is it going to go from your World Adventure?

D: Well, at first it is going to go from our World Tour so i do apologise if there are some out-dated areas. But after release we will listen to the players opinions and see where the main areas are that need updating... there is no need to update the Saharan desert every two days because the sand has shifted in a insignificant place that no one will visit, is there really? But yeah, the Stadium was a personal touch really, i really enjoy the olympics so i thought it was a pleasant nod to the athletes.

TJ: True, And the whole thing sounds brilliant. You have a Massive fan-base who have loved all your work, from The 'Project Laptop' series to the relatively unknown and indie projects 'Dillinger's Cove' and 'Hadleigh Town', Thousands of Your fans are mainly eager for the release of Terra 2, any news on the date?

D: Thank you for your kind words, and yes i know the D.C and H.T series aren't that well known around the McP fan base but its a nice change from all the realistic and difficult work included in such things as Terra, its a nice standalone free-build, so to speak, its just packed full of things i think would be good in a model city or town. Project Laptop was a difficult one really, one of the hardest really, All the detail put into the microchips and everything was just mind blowing, it felt and looked perfect.. we are proud of that series.
Terra 2 will enter beta stage of the Europe Area in Holidays 2012 and the U.S Area in Early '13, but the project is slated for a '13 release... it really depends on the Beta stages and the rate we work at it, as well as all the other projects going on at the same time... its difficult work and we appreciate all the Hype for it
