First you need to get a banner
Next you need red dye, loom, creeper pattern, and a wither pattern.
Open the loom and put the creeper pattern in the slot and the dye in the other slot.
Now you need to put the wither pattern in the same slot as the creeper pattern. Create the banner and you now have the skele-king banner.
