As of the time of this writing, the progress page for the skin contest judging is nearly done. We're all anxious to find out the results (My Frankenstein skin is a finalist!), but I noticed something strange...
Judge #9 is 101% done!

What could it MEAAAN?

I have developed several theories to explain this anomaly. Be warned, you may find some of them disturbing and surreal. Others, dull and wordy. Again, proceed with caution, some of them may even be... idiotic.

• The judge could have given ratings for every finalist, plus one extra entry. That entry must not be on our list, and could come out of the blue as a SURPRISE WINNER! Because it's a secret locked within the mind and computer of Judge #9, this submission could be anything. It might not even be a skin! If someone uploaded a badger, for instance, we would be helpless to stop it if it clawed the database to ribbons.
  

• Contest judge number 9 is a dalmatian, and will rank Disney-based skins very favorably.
  

• Judge number 9 has performed his or her duties magnificently and over-the top in a Gurren Lagann-esque manner, going beyond the impossible to rate each skin more thoroughly. This means that, on average, each skin will have 0.01% extra judged-ness.
  

• This judge is overstepping his/her bounds to do someone ELSE'S rating in addition to their own! This means that Judge number 9 is trying to usurp judge 2, 4, or 8! We must do whatever we can to stop this mad power grab, or our skins will be rated solely based on the whims of one power-hungry judge!
  

• The extra percentage point could be a coded message for us. If this is the case, judge number 9 could need our help, and is in a situation where it is unsafe to speak freely. Could the PMC staff have kidnapped him/her? This is skin contest number 9, and judge number nine, it cannot be a coincidence. Perhaps they pick a judge each time to kidnap for some sick ritual. We need to find out the location of judge number 9, and perform a daring rescue!
  

Whatever the case may be, this is an urgent matter that must be confirmed immediately so that the Minecraft community can take the necessary steps to resolve the situation.

EDIT: We have received word from some of the higher-ups at PMC, namely The_Soup and Niko. According to Her Soupy Majesty,

• "It's because we had one finalist removed for being a stolen skin, and then added a new one. Most likely #9 judged the stolen skin before it was removed AND judged the skin that took its place, so it counts him as having judged 101 skins."
  

A very plausible explanation! And Niko, a confirmed contest judge, is claiming to be the controversial Judge Number Nine! Exciting news, but I leave it to you, reader, to decide whether it is the truth.
