Basic description- Tall. With his intimidating size he can easily resolve most conflicts by just standing in between the two arguing parties. Aside from his stature, he's been battle trained to analyze every possible outcome and see every side of every story. His years of training has lead his body lean and muscular, a contradiction to most of the Amsai bears. His eyes seem to put anyone who stares too long into a strange trance. He has a direct connection the the shadow-world. (Where the dead and the sleeping travel to.) He seems to have almost be in a state where he has perfect clarity and balance of the senses. He lives as a monk and sports the traditional pony tail hair style. Akio moves at impossibly fast speeds.
Family- Was sent to be looked after by his uncle, Landon, in YellowStone. Landon is a full human. He lived with his uncle for a few years until a monk came at took him back to Shao-pan.

Story-
The sun was shining on me, filling my body to my bones with it's brilliant warmth. I found a few rocks to lean against while I study the scroll I... Borrowed... from the master. I ran my hand through the sand around me, finding immediate relief from the blazing heat. I sat up, feeling the presence of another around me. I tensed. I wasn't supposed to be here, nor anybody else here. I stood and did a quick sweep over the land. There. A lone figure sitting in front of a large black and red tent. I side stepped behind a tree, and poised my ears to listen. "Oh yes! This is going perfect!" The lone figure said to himself. What a strange man, I thought, he doesn't seem quite... right... I was leaning closer to hear what he was chanting, when my foot slipped from the wet soil under the tree, causing me to fall forward with a solid thud. "Who's there?!" the figure said as he spun around, completely forgetting his chants. I braced myself and steadied my breathing almost holding in my breath completely. I looked up but didn't see the the strange man crouching where he was. He must of mistook the noise of one of the tigers we have roaming.
"Why hello there!" the man shouted in my face as I turned. I fell on my arse again. This time it was from shock and not from me tripping. "Aww, what's the matter? Little panda fall down and go boom?" mocked the masked man. I shot my hand forward and tried to grab the man. My hand grasped thin air. "What the?" I mumbled to myself. "What happened, I was right there?" A voice whispered into my ear. I swung my fist around with such speed and force, I was sure I was going to make contact with the masked man. My fist hit a tree with a sickening wet crack. A warm wetness flowed across mt clenched paw. "ARGH!" I shouted with such force I actually knocked the small man on the ground. "Who are you?!" I screamed down at the small masked man. "Why my furry pal, my name is Fwipp!"
