A pretty large NPC Village that I found. The coordinates are (x=-220, z=275), or you can just go directly west from spawn point. The village contains:
8 Farms, 1 Well, 1 Church, 3 L shaped Houses, 2 Houses with Gardens, 1 Library, 1 Smithy, 4 Dirt Floored Huts, 1 Hut, 1 Hut with Fences on top
The seed is: Toni Or: 2612630
There is also an underwater dungeon that spawns spiders and has 2 chests. It is found nearby at (x=-324, z=351).
A surface lava lake can be found at (x=-300, z=235) if you are interested.
