They're All The Same These Days: "Interview With My Pet Alian", "Interview With My 999 Year Old Grandmother About Minecraft", "How To Win At (Insert Unoriginal PVP Game Here)". Seriously, Guys, I Want To Read Something I'll Enjoy, I Don't Want To Think "How The Heck Does He Have A Pet Alian?"

Whenever I Visit The Server Section These Days, I Feel Like Hundreds Of People Are Yelling "JOIN MY SERVER, WE HAVE FACTIONS, FACTIONS, FACTIONS, AND MORE FACTIONS", Literally Three-Quarters Of The Servers Are Factions, How Is That Original?

I hate interview blogs too idk who can enjoy those.
Servers have factions because it is a great plugin, it helps you decide who is friend or foe and protects your property by claiming land, create a kingdom or join one. If you don't want to play with factions then don't play a server with factions simple as that, generally creative servers don't have it cause there's no use for it
The theme is 'Santa's little helper' or something like that, it's a very small window to fit into. There's not many original ideas that can fit under that. Just sayin' :P
Blogs:
I wrote a blog which mentioned about originality briefly. After a while, ideas run out and that's just the way it is!
Servers:
Factions are popular, not original, but popular and easy to run.
I'm going to say this to every single 'original' rant, because this will always be my opinion, however don't feel offended by this: Please, try your best to make a completely and utterly original piece of work on PMC and see how you do on that instead of making an unoriginal rant on unoriginality :P
