Hello there guys my name is Charlie, first of all i know this is in completely the wrong place but i didn't know where else to put it in so oh well :D
As you can tell by the title i am l looking for 3 extremely talented coders and a web designer who can code in HTML.
The site:
MY basic idea for the business is for it to be a place for people to come and get custom plugins built for them. I was think for the name of the site "WeMakePluginsForYou!" And on the site there would be forums, support etc. What i would like to happen is for there to be a support email which will be shared by all coders. People will email saying "I want a plugin that makes the world never ever end" or something like that. One of my 3 staff will then reply "Yes sure this will cost you ... and will be ready for you to download in 5 days" this is an example so i hope you get the idea. Also you can apply on the forums.
Staff will get payed per job they do and how big it is. When they pay on the website the money will go to me and I will pay you 30 percent of the money at the end or the month or earlier if needed. I am also looking for a Co-Owner who will be willing to pay for the website. Ill talk costs with him personally over Skype.
