I have a Faction/PVP/Raid server, I need some level headed staff to help me out, I have run thin and can't manage everything. Things you need to know when applying, I want a staff that does NOT participate in too much in PVP because even though we are a PVP server, I have enough players that like to kill each other and I don't want more, next thing is that you will be put in a moderator position so that we can evaluate you and begin to trust your skills with controlling things and helping players.
Things I need to know if your applying the ability to talk on a mic and access mumble is a NEEDED thing if you plan to apply. Also know that my server runs about 12-20 players usually and if you want to apply you need to be good at handling alot of annoying people at one time asking questions WITHOUT losing your temper. If you are accepted I'll reply and tell you and then you can come on mumble for an interview.
Mumble is a needed thing for communication.
