So, I was working on my submission for the project contest, and neeedd to do some stuff that s too big to do by hand. I go to dowload MCEdit, as I hadn't gotten it on my new computer yet,only to find out it was discontinued 1.2.5, ONE update before I needed it. The guy who runs it offered up some alternatives, though, one being WorldPainter. I use it, it crashes, and I lose THE WHOLE FREAKING WORLD. It becomes a flat map. Zip. Nadda. Nothing there. Where have you gone, MCEdit?!
So, basically, I THINK MCEdit was one of the most used programs for Minecraft. Thousands of people use or have used it, and this guy discontinues it, without so much as reason why? WTF?! And I am NOT doing all that work on my project again. If you want to see MCEdit return, diamond or drop comment.
