Hey there, guys! Here's Chapter 7! Hope you guys like it! ^^

The hours in the night grew very quiet. Shiro wasn't sure if she was actually ready to hear the truth and refused to go downstairs, therefore, Yumi brought Spike upstairs. The three were talking in the room, (it was mainly Yumi trying to calm down Shiro and Shiro yelling, "Lalalalala!" so she couldn't hear Spike nor Yumi,) hoping for answers: although--Shiro wasn't in the mood for anything at all at the moment.
The sky grew darker as minutes passed away. Soon enough, Yumi made dinner, and they all ate camping in Shiro's room. With Shiro quiet as she was chomping away happily at her steak, there was silence. Everything was very quiet as they ate. Spike knew he still had to bring up the truth to Shiro whether she liked it or not. And since it was quiet, lacking voice, Spike took the opportunity to speak...
"Well, as I was speaking before ... Mrs. Wheatfield has her own reasons for things. These reasons ... are not the brightest of all reasons. The future grows dark as she succeeds more and more," Spike started and he took a bite of steak. "It is the obvious that she has plans for you, as I know she wouldn't waste a bottle of good substances and ingredients, so it would be who of you to hear me out," he continued after he swallowed his bite of steak.
"Well then." Shiro began, "What are her plans?"
"Well, Mrs. Wheatfield is believed to be--of what some call--a-"
"Errrrrrrrrrrrk!" Yumi yelled interrupting Spike purposely.
"... What .... what is this 'errk' you speak of?" Spike asked in bewilderment.
"She isn't asking what Mrs. Wheatfield is, now is she?" Yumi asked.
"Well ... right ..... uh, well, her plans are still mysterious; no one understands what's the point of her doings. The problem is that everyone who finds her out is taken down before they can approach her, so therefore, it makes it absolutely impossible to question her even what's really going on, or better yet, where are the people who are actually her victims," Spike replied.
"So you're pretty much saying that there's no way to get to her?" Shiro asked.
"That is, but of course, a fact," Spike answered.
Shiro sighed and Yumi questioned, "Are you sure that there's no way?"
"My clan and I have searched everywhere for solutions, but we have not found a single one. But, we do belie-"
"Hey, hold on a darn second! Now you're saying you have a whole clan!?" asked Shiro, who interrupted.
"Well ... I shall rephrase, I only have a small team," Spike answered muttering.
"And why aren't they with you?" Shiro asked. "Are you just their lab dog or something!?"
"Well ... to be honest, yes, I am their fetching dog. They don't take me in as a member that much, but it's nothing I'm upset about," Spike answered mumbling.
"So that's how it is! A team of freaks who makes a humble man their dog!" Yumi stated angrily. "That's just not right! A team works together--not just throw someone around for them to do their dirty work!!!"
"That's right, a team works together, so why all of that?" Shiro asked.
"Listen, Shio, that's just how things are," Spike muttered.
"Hey!!! I'm not Shio! It's Shiro!" Shiro yelled.
"Right, big difference," Spike mumbled.
"Yes, there is a big difference! Shio means salt! I'm not salt!" Shiro scolded. "Shiro, on the other hand, means white!"
"There's also a translation of castle .... but anyways, enough of the off-topic stuff!" Yumi said.
"There's still a difference!" Shiro continued to scold.
"Well, okay, sorry!" Spike yelled.
"You better be!" Shiro yelled.
"And what if I'm not!?" Spike asked yelling.
"Oh, not the arguing ... please no more," Yumi groaned.
Meanwhile, voices were all speaking together in the dark. They were discussing unusual matters. But sometimes, while discussing certain matters, they would go off-topic. It was only natural that such would happen, though.
"How is the research going?" the 1st voice asked.
"It's going fabulous," the 2nd answered.
"Research is for losers!" the 3rd voice stated.
"And so are you," the 2nd voice declared.
"What!? Hey, if I'm for losers, you're for ... for ... for something worse!" the 3rd voice stated.
"Must you children always fight? It's annoying just to listen," the 4th voice muttered.
"Shut it, gramps! This has nothing to do with you!" the 3rd voice scolded.
"Does everything have to be an argument?" the 1st voice asked.
"Unfortunately so," the 2nd voice answered with a sigh.
"I hate arguments," the 4th voice mumbled with an exhausted sigh.
"My, my, what children fill the room," the 5th voice spoke.
"Yes, yes, what truth," the 6th voice, which was almost believed to be the 5th voice, agreed.
"Hmh, now what a new day this became, the twins actually are awake," the 2nd voice muttered.
"A special aroma has surrounded me, how lovely," the 5th voice declared happily.
"Yes, it is quite lovely indeed," the 6th voice agreed.
"Well, I'm glad you like the compliment," the 2nd voice said a bit happily.
"Hm? The pet boy has been quiet. Is he not around?" the 5th voice asked.
"The pet boy is probably on an erran! Haha!" the 6th voice said with a laugh.
"Yes, he is, but when will he come back?" the 1st voice asked.
"So that's how it is ... isn't it?" Shiro asked with a saddened voice.
"Yes, it is ... I'm sorry," Spike answered muttering and looked at the time.
Spike stared at the clock for a moment with an emotionless face. He then abruptly freaked out in shock. Shiro looked at Spike curiously and Spike squirmed up from the floor to get up. Yumi got up looking at Spike.
"What's the matter?" Yumi asked.
"I was supposed to go back hours ago!" Spike answered.
"Oh, so ... you have to leave now?" Shiro asked.
"Yeah, but I'll see you again tomorrow, okay?" Spike replied.
"Alright ... and ..... sorry for keeping you," Shiro replied back.
"Heh, it's alright," Spike said with a wink then ran downstairs with Shiro and Yumi.
He walked to the front door then opened it with a wink.
"See ya, ladies," Spike said flirtly and left.
Shiro sighed as she sat down on the couch. Yumi sat next to her.
"I know, it's hard to take in ... isn't it?" Yumi asked.
"It is ... but I understand now," Shiro answered.
She stood up and turned to face Yumi.
"No matter how hard it is, as long as Spikey knows it all, I'll push forward!" Shiro said.
