This is my Minedea, (the models are just prototypes or basic and the textures are prototypes too they are not officials)
minecraft needs to do something with the oceans, so far all that's in there is squids and they do nothing. So I thus propose they add some more exciting this and dangers to the oceans.
This will make the oceans more violent and dangerous, Imagine going down into the ocean and seeing all this fish and creatures, monsters too. Maybe you are just rowing along in a boat and Then you get attacked by a Kraken or hit by a whale. (Some more stuff are explained below in the spoilers)

I think that this will improve the minecraft experience for all. Because this will make the oceans different, the tunnels will be different it would change the experience as we now it.

Posiden's power, You can control the oceans's activity.
Violent oceans
whirlpool (the water swirls around and pulls you in, goes very deep) how deep depends on size which will vary)
More Sea creatures
Posiden (boss) some times surfaces but usually at the very bottom of the ocean.(if surfaced will cause all the violent ocean activity I listed above. (will turn the sky dark and shows outer space when you fight him) (He will try to drown you and shoot water balls at you ((water balls take of two or three hearts)) He was 300 hearts and will not regen, if you kill him you will get his power (( it looks like a blue slimeball)) you can call upon posiden by going far out into the ocean and throwing your air tank into the ocean)
Deeper world
First the minecraft world Should be way! deeper, I mean so deep like instead of it being about 64 blocks deep, like about 100-200 blocks deep. Because I and anyone else out there probably dig to the bottom right away. Plus some ores are too hard to find like diamonds, and the caverns and tunnels and ravines and dungeons could be way larger! Maybe the light from the torches couldn't reach as far so it would require more torches and maybe if you had a torch in your inventory you could hold it and it would give off light. OH! torches shouldn't last forever and like in the oceans the farther down in the ground you go the darker it gets
