Striders are passive mobs that spawn on lava lakes in the Nether.
* Players can right-click a Strider with a saddle and use warped fungus on a stick the direct a strider in a direction of their choice.
* Striders can be bred using Warped Fungus which can be found in Warped Forest Nether Biomes. There is a 5 minute cooldown.
* Striders slow down, start to shiver and turn blue when they are out of lava
* Striders will attempt to flee making retreat noises, when being harmed by players or other mobs. They will drop up to 5 string upon death and will drop player saddles when they die as well.
