After a few days of testing seeds i have found a single seed that works great for both Minecraft 1.4 and Tekkit 1.2.5.

Chocolate Tekkit
In (Chocolate)Tekkit you should spawn in a mostly flat area. Under spawn there is a deep cave system with plenty lava, ores, and is very rich in diamond and tungsten. Above ground there are also plenty of rubber trees. When you pass to the nether you spawn exactly inside a nether fortress. The area is rich in nether ores and nether wart is common inside it. There are very farmable blaze spawners inside the fortress and it is very narrow so it is easy to navigate around.
Vanilla MInecraft
In Vanilla Minecraft the seed is more of a joke seed, however the seed itself has something very useful. As you spawn there should be a body of water near you in a dessert. If you swim inside it you should see a very strange hole in the water. If you were to deplete the hole of water you would find out it is a surface dungeon with a very ironic treasure inside. The seed itself contains 3 Biomes at spawn as well. Aside from that i have found nothing else too special about the seed.
