Introduction
Minecraft is getting very popular, with that the community expands, and so does the expansion of trolls, modders, and other various peoples. Recently Mojang released 13w01a a, Minecraft snapshot for 1.5, the Redstone update. After watching numerous snapshot videos on Youtube there seems to be another growing problem, People accusing Mojang of stealing mods.
The deal with Mods
Ok so some people are new to Minecraft, and don't know what are mods are. So to explain Mods are short for modifications, they basically add new content to Minecraft, such as new mobs, new foods, new items, new ores, etcetera, etcetera. Most people think that Mods are made completely with out any Minecraft Coding, well they are wrong. Minecraft provides code that allows people to make mods, these people, Mod creators make mods, knowing they do not own Minecraft and they're mod can be implemented into Minecraft into a different form, or affiliation.
The Problem
The main problem with the community is that People, mainly over fan-crazed people, think that if Mojang adds similar features to the game, such as the Ender Chest Mod, its stealing the idea. But these people don't know that since Mojang is Minecraft's creators they can do what they want with these mods, it is there game and making mods changes that, its still the same game, but with new features, but its still Minecraft! People are always complaining how Minecraft is going down the drain, or how Minecraft is bad compared to the old days, or that Mojang is stealing Mods and ruining the game and a whole bunch of other stuff.
My opinion
People who think about how Minecraft is going downhill, or that it's loosing its fun ways and originality, need to stop. Minecraft will never be unoriginal, or boing or lame or stupid. Minecraft is one word, and that word is fun. Mojang is adding features that they will think will make the game more harder, which needs to happen, or more simple, either way Mojang made Minecraft, the mod makers make mods, and Mojang can take these mods and implement them into the game. People who are whining saying Minecraft sucks, just leave all your Minecraft related things behind, no one wants to hear you whine about how you Miss the old days, there's nothing to miss! Like common, people, in the old days the game was so, so EASY, can you really play such a simple game? I know I can't Minecraft's growing features is GOOD. You people who whine about how bad it is need to stop. If you don't like Minecraft then quit. Don't bad talk Minecraft it has over 8,738,050 sales. Suck it up and deal with it. Minecraft will forever be awesome!

Great job on this man. One thing i would like to say though is that its not stealing and nor is mojang stealing anything. To be quiet frank if the game allows mods and wants you to mod it then its your creation in it's entirety. To be even more honest, i would say that mojang, if they take these ideas from others, should really be paying the users or asking for their permission for use. Thats how i feel about it. Besides that good work on this blog.
