Hey guys. So I want a server with minecraft mods. I have a 32 bit and I don't wanna upgrade it. I bought minecraft incase you were wondering. I downloaded the "Want to host your own server. Heres the software for that." On minecraft classic. I couldn't use /fly or ranks and stuff like that even though I was admin on the file thingy. Can Someone please help me with that? That would really be helpful.
