What is "Cutting Edge"?
This so called "Cutting Edge" enchantment idea that I came up with. It would apply a bleed effect. The higher level the enchantment, the longer it lasts.

What is "Bleed"?
"Bleed" is an effect, only obtainable by being hit by a weapon with the "Cutting Edge" enchantment. It would be almost like a version of wither or poison. But, it would take away one heart per one and a half seconds. The only downside is that it cannot be applied to skeletons, wither skeletons, slimes, magma cubes, blazes, snow golems, iron golems, players with full a full set of armor (not counting leather), and zombies with a full set of armor (not counting leather again).

How long would it be?
Like I said, the higher the level of the enchantment level, the longer it will last. So I decided to make a list to show how long it will last all the way to level V.

Level I: 5 seconds
Level II: 10 seconds
Level III: 15 seconds
Level IV: 20 seconds
Level V: 25 seconds

From level V and on, the duration will stay at 25 seconds.

Why won't there be a potion?
This is because, well...you can't drink some sort of potion and it will cut a hole in your skin. But there would be a potion effect ID so it would be obtainable with cheats. But the duration will still be 25 seconds max no matter what you do with the /effect command.
