I recently spoke with my friend about Minecraft, because she bought it a few months ago, and the matter came up, how often do we really play? She hasn't played in four months, and I haven't played in a few either. I love Minecraft, but I always seem to lose time when I plan to play it, or find something else to do. A few days later, she said that a lot of people who used to like Minecraft, have stopped playing it. Now, I don;t really believe her. So I interviewed some kids at my school and here's what they said.

"Minecraft is amazing, but everyone thinks that only losers and nerds play it!" -Allen Rm. 22

"I play Minecraft every day, but it affects my homework and grades." -Zeke Rm. 1

"Minecraft is for freaks, it's a dumb game with bad blocky graphics!" -Luca Rm. 22

There are lots of different opinions about Minecraft, but I love it,but apparently people who used to play it, hate it now. Why? I have no idea. Maybe they lost interest, or found something better to do. I don't know. This is a conversation I was having with Allen when Luca piped in.

Allen: There is always butter!
Me: BUD-DER!
Luca: Yay butter!
Me: And diamonds, and emeralds too!
Allen: Yeah!
Luca: YOU PLAY MINECRAFT?! *Mocking laughter* FREAK!

Well, I think this is insanely rude. Do you think Minecraft has become a game for freaks and has lost its touch? I sure don't.
