You know what really annoys me about multiplayer and servers?
The Server rules, A server I went on banned me for a day for building a wall in a middle of a field that was not in construction.
Servers are for building and having fun. not too just ban minecrafters for building random stuff or houses ,maybe walls like I did.
I know there is rules on servers but not to ban someone for nothing at all, minecraft is too build and have Fun not getting BANNED from servers, its to play!!! :)

I think if you want a rule to exist on your server, use the proper plugin and dont add rules beyond that.
like,... if you dont want people to greif... use greifprevention plugin or towny or factions or anything!
and protect the claim area so it CANT be greifed. No need to add it as a rule.
On my server, if you dont want your builds greif. protect it with greifprevention plugin.
then, no one can greif it. if someone greifs your build, its cause you didnt protect it and theres nothing i can do about that.
dont want curseing? get a plugin that bans the use of those words. Dont want peoplet aling in CAPS?
theres a plugin for that too :) Geezzzz someone many plugins, just get the proper plugin and set it up right.
the dumbest rule i've ever seen is.... no 1x1 towers....so, im in a survival world and want to build a
sky fortress... how do i get up there to start it?... 1x1 tower.... how do oters raid it...? 1x1 towers....
dumb rule. if you dont like 1x1 towers than claim the area around spawn so people cant see or buildthem until they get further out.
