Today I will tell you all the news about Minecraft 1.7 so far! I will update this blog when more news about minecraft 1.7 comes out!
Minecraft 1.7 will change how biomes will generate . They will now generate like Continents:
On the Top there are Cold biomes and at the bottom the are hotter dessert like biomes.
Minecraft 1.7 will also add new biomes :
Canyon Biome (or Disco Mountains):
Giant Redwood Forest:
Cliffs Biome:
Jeb said he will possibly add more biomes .
There will also be new plants/flowers in Minecraft!
Sunflowers:
Jeb tweeted that Sunflowers will always face ''East''.
Lavender:
In this picture you can see Sunflowers and Lavender Flowers.
Paeonia Flowers:
Jeb added these because these flowers were the main ones for his wedding.
Snowtop Mountains:
Jeb made minecraft more realistic and now when you are high up it starts to snow.It depends in which biome you are and how high you are up . In dessert biomes it will have to be very high for it to snow but, in cold biomes you dont need to go that far up.
