My entry for the Minedeas contest is more weapons/tools.

What do people hate about Minecraft? That there are only two ways to kill something; with a sword or a bow! That's why my entry is more weapons/tools!

Knives
What could be more fun than throwing a knife at a mob! You left click with a knife in your hand and you will hit with it, and when you right click with it, you throw the knife! 50% of the time, you can go to the knife and pick it back up after throwing it!

Hammer
Both a weapon and a tool! Who wouldn't want to smash a creeper on the side of the head with a hammer? You put a painting on a block, and then you grab a hammer, right click on the painting, and a nail will appear on the painting! (You need a nail in your inventory to do this) If you don't hammer the painting, in 20 seconds the painting will fall into drop form.

Guns
Now, the last thing I want minecraft to become is a first-person shooter game, but I think that a pistol and rifle wouldn't be too bad! You need a bullet in your inventory to use them. For the pistol, you left click to shoot and right click to re-load. (It takes 3 seconds to reload the pistol) For the rifle, you left click to shoot and right click to load (It takes 5 seconds to load)

Chainsaw
The Chainsaw is both a weapon and a tool. Cut a zombie in half or quickly cut down a tree! Right click the chainsaw to get it running. Left click on a block to quickly cut it down or to hit a mob with it!

Scythe
I don't know, a scythe to cut things, I guess. You left click to hit, nothing special about this one.

Spear
Left click with the spear to hit a mob with it. Right click to throw the spear! Hold right click to charge the spear, like a bow! The spear will go 5-15 blocks away, depending how long you hold right click.There is a 100% chance to pick it up.

Trident
Both a weapon and a tool! Like the spear, left click to hit with it, and right click to throw it! Again, you have to hold right click to charge the trident. This is the cool thing about the trident. If you throw it into water, swim to where the trident ended up, and the trident has a 80% chance of having a raw fish on it! Swim to the spear, pick it up, and if you caught a fish, you will pick up 1-3 fish(es) along with the trident! (there is a 100% chance of picking up the trident)

All of these weapons have durability!!!

So, did you like it? Now you see that Minecraft really needs some more weapons!
