Hello and thank you to everyone out there reading this! Especially the judges, and all the admins in charge of this site! It's fun to be on and easier to navigate than most MineCraft sites. I would love to become popular, so I might as well try, and start by entering this contest!
So today I'm here to tell you about the kind of enchantments that should be in MineCraft. All the original enchantments are fun and all, but they should be more unique and complex. My first idea is that there will be blocks other than bookshelves used to power enchantment tables. And the different enchantments give unique enchantments. Here is what blocks will be used and the enchantments:

Bookshelves
Bookshelves have all ready been used in vanilla, but they can still use some improvement. Just a few things that we need!
-Lets Give them cooler names!
Fire Aspect? Let's try something more like, Nether's Blessing? Any demon would have a sword like that!
Knockback? How about, Windstrike? That seems like an appropriate name for a SkyWarrior! I don't know what that is, but it sounds really amazing!
-Better guaranty for high level enchantments!
We all know the feeling of disappointment when you have your diamond sword, and you walk into your hut, ready to make your sword totally OP! You are level thirty, so you can definitely get the highest level enchantment. But when you do enchant it, you get only Bane of Arthropods II, and Smite I. Who even knows what Smite means?!?! These enchantments you could have got at level 7! So this time, its a guaranteed that you will get 3 enchantments, all at least level II.
-Cooler GIF animations!
The swirly purple patterns for enchantments are cool and all, but they are all the same! Any sword that has Fire Aspect should be bathing in a blazing inferno (it's lit on fire)! Knockback should totally give off those awesome swirly potion particles, which would give off a wind-like feel to it.

Chiseled Sandstone
Chiseled Sandstone looks like some kind of script, like bookshelves. But let's give this a themed feel.
Any thing enchantments given from it should seem like a desert. For example, the enchantments would be things
like:
-SandFall: SandFall will create temporary blocks of sand (so that the sand may not be farmed) which causes extra suffocation damage to the target. So it may seem way to overpowered, but the mobs will slip right out, so it will only cause about 1 extra heart of damage. The unique GIF will simply be the tan swirls.
-HeatStroke: HeatStroke will give the target a temporary type of nausea. It will be useful for making an escape from mobs. The target will stop moving in a straight line. They will begin to zigzag, and slow down.
-SandStorm: SandStorm picks up nearby sand blocks, making them swirl through the air, then the can knock mobs out of the way.

Chiseled Stone Bricks
Chiseled Stone Bricks will give the best enchantments, because the only legitimate way to obtain them is by getting them from Jungle Temples, and each Jungle Temple only has 3 chiseled stone bricks. The only people to get these on survival will be the very hardcore survivalists.
-Zeus's Fury: This is very unoriginal, but it basically strikes the target with a bolt of lightning.
-IceGout: Similar to SandFall, but this makes ice instead, doing twice the damage
-IllPoison: All the effects of HeatStroke, but poisons the target as well.
-Rogue: The target starts agro-ing on other nearby mobs
-RabbitFoot: (enchants only on boots) Increases jump height, each level is one block (ex: RabbitFoot III, you can jump 4 blocks higher)
-Dwarvinity: (enchants only on pickaxes, axes, and shovels) Instantly mine blocks, but only ones for that tool (Pickaxes only mine stone, ores, etc. instantly, Shovels only mine soils instantly, Axes only mine wooden stuff instantly)
Also, for example, if an Iron Pickaxe is enchanted with Dwarvinity, it cannot mine obsidian
-IronBreath: (for armor) You no longer take damage from suffocating in blocks!
-Paralystab: Paralyzes the target for 1 second!

So there you have it! That sums up the enchantments I have come up with so far! But wait! I have 2 more things to talk about!

GUI
This will add another GUI on enchanted items. For example, If I have enchanted my sword with enchantments from bookshelves, sandstone, and stone bricks, when I mouse over the sword in my inventory. It will show the item name, then it shows the type of block enchantments come from, and the enchantments. You then select the enchantment you want to show the GIF of. Here's what I'm trying to describe:

Disenchanter

You'll never guess what this does!


So the disenchanter must be fueled by LapisLazuli. After the process is complete, it gives you back your experience, the way a furnace would. The recipe will be:
P= Piston
E= Enderpearl
S= stone
L= Lapis Lazuli

SPS

So that about sums up everything I could want for this! It will be great because I provides a bonus feature for people who get obsessed about playing in survival. It will be useful because you can add more customized items in adventure maps, as well as enhancing the few magical properties in MineCraft!
