PART I - I think that since there is only Rain, Snow, and Storms for weather there should be more. For instance, Tornado and Hail (hits you and you lose half a heart). Also we could improve our already ingame weather.

Snow - Snow piles up and you are able to make snow forts.

Rain - Rain Buckets/Gutters allow you to collect water without having to find any ponds/lakes.

Storm - Knocks Down trees.

PART II - The second part is heat. if it is hot a meter will say "HOT" and you will start to get hurt and you will need to get cool by drinking milk. this also adds more uses to milk. also you need to stay warm because you can freeze.
