Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,


This is Syliris and I want to talk about great mods and awesome unsung mods. I am going to talk about what they are and how to install them. I might include a few screen shots here and there along with the main website where you can find these mods. Also I am going to rate each mod with stars, 1 Star- CRAP!!! 5 Stars- Perfect. So its quite simple, but a mod gets a 1 star then it really shouldn't be on here now should it.


I am also going to use this blog to keep up with what I am up to in the land of minecraftia and PMC. I wanted to do this because I am going to try to make a mod, and I mean a mod of EPIC proportions, but a small test mod before that, I am sorry but no details will be revealed at this time. plus since this is the first week I am going to do three mods of the week and two unsung mods, and the MOD(S) OF THE WEEK!


Mods Of The Week:


1. Marglyph's Too Many Items


This mod is just amazing, it doesn't require any mod downloads or anything else special, just download and its as simple as that. This mod is an inventory editor, you can just give and delete any items in the game, and that includes and mods the include items, this is the mod for builders and lazy people. This mod, as of 1.0.0, also can control the time of day, creative or survival mode, and whether or not you want it to be raining or snowing. Here is a picture of what it is.

2. KodaichiZero's Clay Soldiers


I personally love this mod, It allows me to do what I always love, watching people duel it to the death! Plus this isn't just some regular beat down boring mod, it is a super charged, constanly changing deathmatch. You can create the soldiers, give them abilities, allies, and trusy steeds, and also create epic arenas. In the download area underneath you can download my clay soldier arena.

3. Dr.Zhark's Mo' Creatures


Our final mod of today and our most epic, the Mo' Creatures. Did you think that Minecraft had little to no creatures? That maybe it should be more expansive? Well your wish came true, here we have bunnies, cats, horses, unicorns, goats, and lots of aquatic animals like dolphins and fish. But wait, there's more! There are non passive animals like sharks, alligators, and some unusual ones like ogres, demons, and best of all, Werewolves! This is where Minecraft becomes fun, and expansive. Thank you Dr. Zhark!

Unsung Mod #1- justintib's QuidCraft


Ok, if you are a die hard Harry Potter fan and you love Minecraft, what could be more perfect, this mod allows you to fly a broom and kick but in Quidditch, this mod can be played in multiplayer which makes this mod even better, but yet the reason this mod is unsung is because it is missing a few things, I personally think this mod would be better with some NPC players that you can go up against, some invisible barriers that keep players from going outside a certain area, and finally, a scoring system. I know that when you score it lights up green and pretty, but make it to where you have a score board and if someone catches the snitch then that should end the game, but I love this mod too.





I give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars

Unsung Mod #2- GreyAcumen's Exstended 2x2 Crafting


Alright, I love this mod, ever since it came out I couldn't stop using it. It is not my favorite anymore though, it includes more items, weapons, and tools. It even includes shields! The only two things that come to mind thatthey could do to make this mod better instead of be terrible which it is now, one, get more craftible items that I can make! And two, update the damn thing, I mean come on! It is still stuck on freakin' 1.7.3! Anyhow, thats how to make it better.





I give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars minus 2 stars because it is not updated to 1.0.0!
