It was a few hours before sunrise, and the skeleton was to fulfil its promise. It took its bow and arrows and set out to hunt. The skeleton walked for a few minutes and eventually found a cow. As it loaded ito s arrow, it heard a noise from behind.

o Io ve been waiting for you.o

o Stand back. I have a weapon.o

o Oh, I know you do, but that doesno t change the fact that you disobeyed our orders.o

The skeleton aimed his arrow at the attacker.

o Remember. For every Enderman that falls, two of the killero s race will too.o

The skeleton fired.

The attacker teleported away from the projectile and reappeared behind the skeleton. It let out a cry and rammed into the skeleton.

The skeleton fell to pieces.

The attacker saw another skeleton in the distance. It smiled.

Meanwhile, at sunrise:

Candace just woke up, ready to receive answers from the skeleton. She noticed that the skeleton and his weapons were gone.

o What? Did you see where he went?o

The pig shook its head.

Candace got worried. Did the skeleton deceive them? She set out to look for the skeleton and had the pig to look for food for them, just in case.

Candace couldno t find the skeleton. The last place around she hadno t checked was the jungle. That place was the most dangerous area around. Candace hesitated to go, but she really needed the information the skeleton was to provide.

After walking around for a while, she caught a glimpse of a skull.

o Is that him?o Candace moved in closer. She screamed. There on the ground was the shattered body of the skeleton. She cried. That skeleton would have been a good ally.

There was a rustle in the bushes.

o Wh- Whoo s there..?o

Candace unsheathed her iron sword.

Candace could see the figure of the creature that made the noise. It was human.

She dropped her sword.

o Kathy?!?!o

o Candace!!!!o

There she stood. The last person Candace talked to before she woke up in this mysterious realm. Kathy was of the same height and age as Candace. She had blond ponytailed hair, and was dressed in garments similar to a cowgirl. Back at home, Kathy was the complete opposite of Candace. She was outgoing, and not afraid to take risks.

o How did you get here??!!??o

o I was just about to ask you that!!o

o Well, after you called me about that weird flash, I tried the game remember? While it was loading, I suddenly felt tired and fell asleep. Then, I woke up here.o

o Thato s o Thato s exactly what happened to meo ¦o

The two fell silent.

Eventually Candace broke the silence. o Wha- Whato s happeningo ¦.o

o I dono t knowo ¦ But I figured, until I knew how to get back, Io d try to stay alive and build myself a small home. I was just gathering fruit.o

o Me too, but a strange human-like thing told me to, and I did. Want to stay together? Thereo s always safety in numberso ¦o

o Sure.. We can figure this out together.o

o Leto s talk back at home.o

o Waito ¦o

Candaceo s gaze went back to the fallen body of the skeleton. A tear fell from her eyes. She took the bow and arrows and gave them to Kathy. Now, they were both armed.

Kathy nodded, and the two went back to Candaceo s shelter. Candace lost an ally, but now gained a new one. She has no idea on what to expect, but she just had to survive. Survive until the mysterious creature being comes back to explain things. Then she would know how to get out. She and Kathy would get out, and never play this game again.

She could do this. Why couldno t she? Now sheo s not alone. Not aloneo ¦ Maybe thato s a bad thing. Ito s true. She isno t alone. The enemies were watching.

Meanwhileo ¦:

o Two more skeletons fell to them.o

o We have to do something about this.o

o Thato s what weo ve been doing. Anything on the new species?o

o Thereo s more of them. Io ve seen 5.o

o Whereo s their leader?o

o I dono t know who their leader is.o

o Then question them.o

o They would kill me. They areno t trusting. They are armed. They will think Io m an enemy.o

o We have to take the chance.o

All 6 of them nodded.
