hey fellow PMCers' i decided to write this blog today because recently i have been feeling very demotivated.

The problem i have at the minute is that i really want to make some epic adventure map with a mix of good story and design... but i just have felt like there is no point in creating maps anymore. Everyday you see loads of new creations like maps and really innovative things appearing on the projects page but most of them don't even get a second look from most people because they're not by famous minecrafters.

You often get the argument that goes 'well if it doesn't look good from the thumbnail then why should i look any further' i believe that even if a thumbnail is poor that you should at least click on it, i mean it has caught your eye already right? And sometime if the person i just starting out with posts of their maps and stuff they might not be good a doing thumbnails and things so it's allways nice to give someone a chance and maybe download it even if it does look bad because then you can give them feedback on their creation.

The main reason you find really bad things constantly coming from the same person is because no-one has given them any good feedback, this is mainly because people don't think about helping others much these days they just think that if they download it and it's really bad then why even try replying on this thread and that is the wrong attitude you should allways think about helping others with creations if they need it.

If you have stuck with me this far then thank you because your the kind of people who don't take things at a first glance and say oh this is going to be crap you actually hear people out. Writing this has actually helped me out a bit i think i may get back to work on the map now.
