Dear Hive,
You’ve let your server gone to trash. You care less and less about the players each day. The people that pay you to make a great server and a fun one for everyone. Yet you let things get off the hook when you shouldn’t or you hold your reins too tight when no one else have a problem with it. This isn’t me quitting on you once again, but this is me pointing out all the flaws. (Specifically Splegg, because that’s the community I’m in the most.)
There is a particular group of 5 people that go around targeting people. Then harass them in party chat.
You got too strict on rules, no one ever cared about. Because if one game is held up now. New games are forming, so instead of waiting, leave.
Communities as a whole for almost all games have broken. Older players have become more relax, while newer ones want to get rid of the older ones.
You’re mods ignore harassment in chat, but don’t ignore words like ez. Really? That’s two letters and most people use it as a joke. Same for rekt.
You fail to live up to your promises. I remember like 2 or 3 games you said were going to be added soon and then all of the sudden the project disappeared.
You’re rules on forums aren’t up to date. How am I supposed to know what rule I broke when it isn’t on there. Or a direct link to the forum that explains it. (Put it on the front page so people see it!)
For splegg specifically, why make clan wars bannable. So what if it’s over 4 team before the fight. Clan wars brings people to the game and keeps the community active. Why would you want to ban the people that make the game active?
You really have gone out of your way to ignore the people that just want to help, or that are telling you problems. People go into hub with like 7 moderators, says there is a hacker, either 1 mod responds, or no one says a word to them and ignores it. Time and time over, I’ve seen this happen a lot.
You’ve lost a lot of good people, to stupid things. All I’m asking you is to read this and consider that maybe someone that has been actively coming on for 5-ish years, knows what they are saying and has a point.
I’m just asking you to try and understand, this isn’t just my opinions about the server. Many people feel this way, I think it’s about time you actually start listening to us.

But, I think banning it was a bad idea, I think they should've just made alternate lobbies for it, that way solo and casual players can have their fun, and so can clans.
Not sure if I understood what you were saying about clan wars correctly, so hopefully I did and what i'm saying makes sense.
With SP clan wars tend to be 4v4s and that takes a good chunk of the lobby and once people die it's easy and quick to jump into a new game, that the clans won't be in.
But I do agree they should do something to where clan wars can have kind of there own private fights to avoid this problem.
