Okay i want a server but i dont have an IP to do that, So i need someone else do do it for me, I would like the following plugins:

Iconomy
Factions
Bookworm
essentials
World Edit
Group Manager
EssentialsProtect
EssentialsSpawn

If you make the server you WILL be Co-Leader And I DO NOT want a cracked server,
