Sup Guys

so as the title says i need help with permission if u can do it all i need is for u to make groups and make it when new players come in their are guest and they cant do anything(break/place blocks) and member and moderater, the MOD can kick people and admin can kick/ban people and OWNER can use the plugins and set they ranks

"IF" you can tell me your skype name and u can tell me how to do it, this would be better and i wont have to go to u asking u more questions. i'll beable to do it(like add more plugins to the permission)
