Hi i made a server called chickencraft and only people at my house can get on i know its my ip but when i changed it so everybody can get on but it says when i start it up pheraps a server is already running on that port so i change it back and it and it works its a normal server so i tried to change it to bukkit i draged the bukkit.jar and i started it up i dont know how a bukkit server starts up so i just typed in help and it had all the regular commands so my friend said its the motd but my friend thinks its the name and not the message of the day and then i said butalot of servers are named factioncraft pvp and he said they pay extra. so really i need help with two things how to make a bukkit server and why my ip that lets everyone on it doesnt work.
