Hello there, if you know a player named Hilgo10, you just might know of a faction called LostEmpire.
LostEmpire is my faction name, and I take over servers with it.
We used to just be a huge faction running under Hilgo-ism (What I called our old system) but recently, in a server named RegiusRaids, I made the most economical system for a faction, ever.

The purpose:

Division-ism was made with capitalism in sense, you work your way up and get a hefty paycheck, whereas the President (Faction  leader) makes millions.

What's a Division?

A Division is a purpose group, there could be a Division named Raid_Team and another Division named Mining_Efforts_Team, there could even be a Raid_Squad at the same time!
A Division needs to end with some sort of a collective noun (Team, Squad, Group, Etc,) and have its identifier in front of it.

The Division would work in its own little area, the Raid Team raiding and the Mining Efforts Team mining.
But, how do you work your way up? 

Well, there is always a Division Leader for every Division. The Division Leader collects ALL profits and splits them, putting a taxed amount into the faction bank.
The Division Leader is sometimes modded, that is up to the President. if the Division Leader is modded, he can take small amounts out of the faction bank to pay for the Division's supplies.

The Division Leader will also give the Division groups, usually just having a number after there title with a pre-set Hierarchy.

In order for a faction member to join a Division, they will have to donate some amount to the faction bank. This same amount should be used if they would like to switch Divisions. 

For a player to create a Division, they should donate ten times (Customizable) the amount for getting into a Division into the fac bank.

And this is the basic idea, it gets much more complex but this is it.
