Hey guys, today im going to tell you a simple way to get staff to like you or even be staff!

 Step #1: When you join a new server say "hi" or if they welcome you "thanks".

Step #2:  Don't talk about the negative sides of you, or if you've been banned from another server before: this will make the staff think that if your on their server that you might be banned for something else you arnt supposed to do. This really goes into affect if you mess up a rule once the staff will know you have been banned before so they might give you less mercy on bans.

Step #3: Be nice to staff, tell them "how are you doing?" or how is everyone doing?". This will make the staff and other players feel like you care for other people (just dont ask a person everything they do like age and where they live, this may invade their personal space.)

Step #4: When you start having a easy life on the server give some items you dont need to new players that will most likely need those items, diamonds will really make them your friend. When staff see this they will once again think you care for other people.

Step #5: Join the server a lot like 8 hours a day, this makes staff think that you love the server a lot.

What happens when you do all of this? Players and staff will think that you are very nice, thoughtful, and loving. Sometimes this leads up to BEING Staff.
