I'm a retired skinner. But even though I don't create skins anymore doesn't mean I still don't enjoy checking this website periodically and seeing new creations that have been posted. However, there is one problem. Hardly any of these creations are new. Everyday I see the same content (teenage girl skins, anime skins, etc.) and it's getting a bit redundant. Don't get me wrong, these skins (or most of them) are really colourful and well shaded. But it's basically the same idea recycled over and over.

Now of course, you have the right to create anything you want (as long as it follows the rules/guidlines lol) as you please. It's perfectly understandable if you are making your own spin off something. But whats not okay is stealing or copying another person's idea. But we aren't going to discuss that kind of stuff. Go find another post for that.

In conclusion, I just really want to see something fresh on the table in the world of skinning. (Destiny skins please??) There is so much talent on this website that I don't want it to go to waste. Anyway this was my little vent because I felt like I needed to put it out there. Remember this is my opinion and if you don't like it well I don't know why you read this entire post.
