Wow i use it too, but there is so small amount of tools. How did you made so much good pictures with Paint.NET?

I just use the brush tool at size 30, and use layers! I have the background (Which I Colour on), layer 2 (Body Outline, Arms and Legs and head), and layer 3 (Hair & Eyes).
Hopefully that will help you out! :D
