..png saving, still not transparent?

So, i was haveing porblems blah blah blah, then i uninstalled pint.net and reinstalled but didn't help so now i thnk it's working ACCEPT for my new probleming being, I connot savei it with traneparency. I save as .png and still no transparentPLEASE HELP/

Sorry for spelling issues i am VERY tired.

You're in luck., i figured it out, when you click save and that window appears at the top it says "Auto Detect" click that and it will be transparent!

:/ when you goto file>save doesn't a window pop up? IF so there are things were you can select like bubbles you click to fill in..... at the very top it says "Auto Detect" click that.
