lingering: splash potions instead of normal and dragons breath. obtained by using a glass bottle on the ender dragon (i think)
upgraded potion (only works with some): add glowstone
longer potion: add redstone

put blaze powder (made from blaze rods) in the spot by itself on the left
put awkward potions (made with water bottle and nether warts like normal potions) in one or two or all three spots with bottle logos on them.
put ingredient in slot above the three bottle things.

note: if they say "on" a certain potion, that means to replace the awkward potion with that potion.

slow falling: phantom membrane (kill annoying birds that show up at night)
fire resistance: magma cream
health: glistening melon
jump boost: rabbits foot
night vision (and ability to see underwater!) gold carrot
regeneration: ghast tear
strength: blaze powder
swiftness: sugar
water breathing: pufferfish

pro tip: you can't rename these potions because it clearly says the effect under it. you have to splash these to use them against enemies.
poison: spider eye
harming: use fermented spider eye on poison.
slowness: fermented spider eye on fire resistance
weakness: fermented spiders eye
