So today I was bored and decided to make a blog which adresses a common mistake. If you are familiar with Hypixel's server (mc.hypixel.net) and/or the game QuakeCraft, then you might see a lot of players accusing each other of hacks, or you might be one that is calling hacks, or be one that is the victim.

Long story short – you'll basically never see a QuakeCraft hacker.

Player: "B-B-BUT HE WAS SHOOTING SO FAST AND FLYING AND I COULDN"T HIT HIM A-A-AND THEN—"

Stop the madness!

There are many reasons why these things happen:
1. You can purchase different railguns that have a shorter cooldown
2. There is a common GLITCH (not hack) where players appear to be 10 blocks or so off the ground. To fix this, just shoot 10 or so blocks below them
3. Yeah, you can't hit them, big deal. Mostly because of lag, but also it matters where you shoot them. Try to aim at their feet, not at their body.
4. Sometimes there are players in the ground. The fix is a combination of #2 and #3. Just shoot at their head popping out of the ground.
5. Player: "OMG THE HACKER HIT ME IN MIDAIR HHHHAAACCCKKKSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!" This is common. Well, no duh they can hit you in midair; there is no code against that.
6. Player: "ITS SO UNFAIR CUZ THE ARMOR MAKES THEM STRONGER AND I CANT GET ENOUGH COINS TO BUY THEM CUZ EVERYONE HACKS AND IM NOT ALLOWED TO BUY COINS ONLINE!!!" Trust me, I've seen this one. :P First of all, and most importantly, The Armor Does Not Do Anything, Neither Do The Hats. Sorry, I just had to emphasize that. And it's ok that you can't buy coins online. I am an amazing QuakeCraft player; I have the 1.3s trigger, the BFG case, the Soldier Armor, and the diamond block hat. I've never bought coins online, and I'm not a VIP nor an MVP.

But don't assume that no one is hacking. Do it most of the time, but if you see a player rapid-firing, less than a second between shots, flying very high, shooting at a player but the firework goes backwards and hits you, then by all means; accuse them, because you know it's true.

And, seriously dudes, don't be a sore loser. Don't just say "HAXOR!!!" to act like a baby, or to accuse someone for your loss when you know that you could've played better and won. Maybe if you stop being a sore loser, you will be more likely to have courage in yourself and win easily without raging.

One last note. Hypixel has probably experienced a ton of hackers when he first announced his server. But then he got anti-cheating plugins – custom ones. And he keeps mending his plugins to ensure that no player can hack. And really, if you think that everyone on the server besides you is a hacker, then why hasn't any admin done anything about it o.o Think about it!

I'm hoping this will resolve any issues players are having. Even though I know it won't much (:P) I want to thank everyone for reading this blog and taking the whole QuakeCraft-Hacking issue into consideration.
