Redstone is EASY!!!

all you have to know is how to use it.

First of all, when redstone is placed on the ground, it has two formations. One is light up and the other isnt. If you put a button next to redstone, it will light up for 4 redstone ticks. It is only a shot puls however, a lever is different. It allows you to choose which state the redstone is in. (on or off) Powered redstone can actuvate pistions, dispencers, command blocks, and a lot more. A pressure plate is like a lever except you must be ON the pressure plate. Wooden pressure plates can be pressed by entities, (blocks on the ground, zombies, cows) however stone pressure plates can only be pushed by a player. redstone torches are always on unless powered by another redstone entity onto the same block. In that case, the redstone torch will turn off as long as the opposite side of the block is on. repeters extend redstone power farther because the power eventually wears off. Repeters can also be used to create delays or circuts. The most basic circut is just 2 redstone on either side of 2 repeaters facing in opposite directions. doors, beds, and redstone ore can also start a redstone puls by sleeping in the bed, opening the door, or walking/punching redstone ore.
