I first found Planet Minecraft around a year ago. I used to like it a lot, checking my subscriptions almost every day (Back then I had around 76). Then I realized how many stolen, remixed, and just plain stupid skins and texture packs there are. Also in the forums, there are countless people who blame the moderators for what Planet Minecraft has become. It's not their faults, it's the people who started them, and ours, for not flagging them. Here are some of my rules that people never follow, or just things that annoy me about this website. I would like to thank Hnybnny and NinjaHunter120 for giving me the idea to make a rant.
1. Copied Skins: A while ago, I was looking at some skins, and I saw a Honeydew skin, but it had a purple beard. In the rules, it states that you are not allowed to use other skins as a template, only changing one thing. This happens a lot, and I have seen the Xephos skin wearing all different colors. This has to stop.
2. Remixed Texture Packs: I have seen countless texture packs that are based off of Painterly Pack and Dokucraft. I can't take it anymore. When you go to upload a texture pack, it has a warning sign that states that you can't use Painterly Packs or remixed textures, but I see them all the time!
3. Duplicate Skins: One time I was looking on the skin page, and there was an amazing skin. I refreshed the page, and there were 2 skins newer than that one. One of them was the exact same as the one I saw before. I looked at the two usernames, and they were completely different. What the heck, guys? What the heck?
4. Girl Gamer Subscribers: Don't like somebody on PMC just because they are a girl! I am subscribed to iHasCupquake on YouTube, but not because she is a girl. She says that you can do anything you want, to if you set your mind to it, but not in a cheesy way. She does it in a way that I can relate to, and she tells a story about her own experience. That's wheat you should subscribe to somebody for, or something else, like they are funny. Not just because they are a girl!
5. Hunger Games: Don't get me wrong, I love the books and movie, but all those Hunger Games Arenas are getting annoying. Also, there are way to many servers. Please, if you read this, don't post one on PMC. Put it on a different website similar to this.
