Developer Craft
A player ask for a certain area of land, then develops it such as building house. When he/she is finished, they can section of the houses and sell them to other players. And of course the will be other jobs. Maybe like, miner, where you can buy an area of mineshaft and state a fee for miners. IDK yet, but I think it is a good idea for a server.
